Conditions for Accepting Exchanges or Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The product is defective or does not match the purchased reference.
- Time frame: The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Product condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, returns of opened, used, or altered product will not be accepted.
Procedure to Request a Return
To begin the return process, the customer must:

- Provide the order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions for shipping the product.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors made by the company.
Refund
Once the product condition has been verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
